    docs: keep CHANGES focused on release differences

    The Wren menu regression work accumulated entries describing parity
    with the existing 1.10 interface. Those fixes are important in commit
    history and Wren.adoc, but they are not changes between released
    versions.

    Remove the implementation-course entries while retaining the Wren menu replacement, VM isolation, and remaining UIFC picker as the actual 1.10
    release changes.
