Complete Wren pixel graphics support
Expose the pixel-graphics cell flag and native mouse raster
coordinates to Wren. Add an explicit MouseEvent.withPixels factory
while leaving the existing constructors' pixel fields zero-initialized.
Document native colour tagging, buffer and mask ownership, alternate
blink planes, image decoder availability, integer blit semantics,
coordinate systems, failure behavior, and performance guidance. Note
the new scripting support in CHANGES.
Extend connected, menu, and picker tests for the metadata and preserve alternate-plane state when malformed RGB24 input is rejected.
