Is there a way to block a users posts on my board that come in over the networks?

With Mystic there are two ways.
1. Use a twit filter with your own account:
Add a new menu option somewhere with the "(UF) Edit Twit Filter" action.
This will hide all past & future messages from that person for your account while still leaving them visible for others.
2. Use the twit= option in your mailin.ini with mutil
This will stop all future messages coming into your system from that person
or system for you and everyone else. e.g:
twit=Person One
twit=Person2
twit=1:234/567
twit=21:1/123
I prefer option 1 myself as the messages are still there and I can remove that person's name from the list if I need/want to see that message, plus it leaves it there for anyone else on my board. They can decide if they also need/want to add them to their own twit list.
